I found yoga at a time in my life when I was starting to learn how to navigate my mental health. For me, the whole experience of the philosophy and practice of yoga, from then until now, has enriched many aspects of my life beyond just my mental health, and it is an absolute pleasure to be here sharing yoga with others. I have done plenty of further study since gaining my initial qualification to teach – learning and education is something I really value and I feel like I will forever be a student of yoga. My further study has been in areas such as yoga for mental health, tantra, hatha, meditation, and yoga nidra. My teaching style is calm, patient, integrative and fosters a curious and embodied relationship with your inner-world; physically, emotionally and energetically.
